An attractive antique Edwardian mahogany chest of drawers, circa 1900–1915. Two short drawers sit above two full-width drawers, giving generous storage in a compact, well-proportioned form suiting bedrooms and smaller spaces. Fine string inlay outlines throughout. The chest retains its original brass ring handles and keyhole escutcheons, and stands on shaped bracket feet. The mahogany has aged to a warm colour with a lovely natural patina.
