Stoneware pot, vintage DRYMEN casserole

Superb covered pot (casserole / Dutch oven) in vintage stoneware, entirely handcrafted and signed. It comes from the famous artisan pottery "Drymen" in Scotland (signature "DRYMEN" incised under the base). A magnificent piece of *Studio Pottery* typical of the 1970s/1980s, perfect for bohemian, rustic, or Japandi decor. The glaze work is remarkable, featuring a gradient of three shades: a matte black base, a textured grey-brown body, and a speckled ochre/beige neck. The matching lid has a small vent hole for steam. In excellent overall condition, with no cracks or chips. Dimensions: Height 21 cm. Maximum diameter 22 cm.
