Old water jug called "chevrette" (some also refer to it as "gargoulette, " but the gargoulette has a different shape without an opening at the top) It is a terracotta jug that farmers used to use in the past to store water, keep it cool, and drink from it. This jug has a part covered in pale yellow glaze. The other part is unglazed terracotta. This one has its lid. Note: a small chip on the neck visible in the photo (which does not detract from its aesthetic) and some signs of use. Height 22.5 cm with handle. Width 16.5 cm with spout.
