Royal Worcester Evesham Gold Soup Tureen

An unusual and delightful Evesham Gold soup tureen from Royal Worcester. The tureen is decorated with the classic Evesham Gold pattern featuring vegetables, with handles gilded in fine gold. It is in good vintage condition, with no chips, cracks, or crazing, although the gilding on the handles is somewhat worn in places. I have tried to show this in the photos, but if you would like to see more, please feel free to ask. The unglazed base is, however, very clean and bears the Royal Worcester mark. The tureen measures approximately 11.5 cm in height, with an opening diameter of 12.5 cm and a base diameter of 11.5 cm. The weight of the pot without packaging is 720 g. A useful and decorative piece for your home or to complete a collection.
