Vintage French Majolica Style Ceramic Corn Vase: 1950s Barbotine Pottery

Beautiful vase with corn cobs and corn husk decoration in green and yellow color tones. Made in the mid-century era in France in that quintessential Majolica/Barbotine pottery style of vintage southern Europe. It's just such a cool piece, even without any flowers in it. Could also be used as a utensil holder in your kitchen. It has some tiny chips on the rim (see last photo) but they don't stand out. The inside of the vase has a stripe of dark glazing in between the creamy yellow. Height: 7.08 inch / 18 centimeter. Diameter: 4.13 inch / 10.5 centimeter.
