Pair of ceramic vases likely produced by Bay Keramik/ West Germany in the 1960s. To be played as a duo with or without flowers, in a bookcase or on a serving trolley from the same period. Diabolo shape. Abstract polychrome patterns in flat glaze are inscribed on a matte black surface. White arabesque lines highlight the decoration. The interior reveals a white lacquer that illuminates the whole. Height: 17 cm. Diameter at the neck: 4.5 cm.
