rare handmade solid copper Stilnovo Style Theatre Wall Light, Italy 1950s

Article: Wall light. Producer: Origin Italy in the manner of Stilnovo, Gio Ponti. Age: 1950s. This modernist light was produced in Italy in the 1950s. It is made from solid hammered copper in a looped form and a middle element covering the light source. This wonderful and rare light has one for socket e 27 bulbs at the back which creates a nice atmosphere of defused light. Hight quality Italian handmade production in a brutalist unique design. Very rare and special. The light remains in a very good all original vintage condition due to the age with normal surface patina and slight traces of use. The light is a full working condition, rewired. Dimensions: Height 32 cm. Depth 11 cm. Length 26 cm.
