Set of 6 iconic dining chairs, model 42, also known as Z chairs, designed by Kai Kristiansen for Schou Andersen Møbelfabrik in Denmark in the 1960s. The structure is made of solid teak. The rear leg extends to the front of the armrest, creating a unique silhouette with a "floating" backrest. The backrest is slightly inclined, allowing for the desired sitting position. This feature, combined with the gentle curve of the backrest, the wide seat, and the short armrests, ensures exceptional seating comfort. The seats are removable, allowing the chairs to be stacked. These chairs are in very good condition and have been reupholstered in high-quality felt/wool fabric in a warm green color. Dimensions: L 45 X D 48 X H 75 cm|Seat height: 45 cm|Armrest height: 67 cm.
