Peasant wardrobe of the linen press type, made of solid pine and larch in Lozère in the 19th century. The front opens with two panelled doors mounted on iron hinges, revealing a storage space with two internal shelves. The structure, with thick posts and traditional joinery using mortise and tenon joints, reflects robust popular craftsmanship. Central wooden latch. Presence of old restorations consistent with the age and use of the piece. Dimensions: H 190 × W 150 × D 65 cm.
