Superb Art Nouveau vase with floral motifs. Léon Pointu (1879-1942) was a French ceramist active in the early 20th century, known for his stoneware and earthenware pieces in the Art Nouveau style. He worked for a long time in Vallauris. His works are distinguished by simple shapes, stylized floral decorations and glazes in natural tones.
