Pitcher signed by Juliette Derel (1918-2007), ceramist from Vallauris (France), from the 1950s-1960s. In Vallauris red earth, glossy enameled, with abstract and scarified decorations. In shades of brown, beige and pale green. The interior and the neck are shiny brown/chocolate. The underside, also brown, is signed "jd vallauris". Ceramic in very good condition. Pitcher typical of the style of Juliette Derel and her husband, ceramist, Jean Rivier (1915-2017). H 17cm, base diameter 15cm, neck diameter 7.4cm. Weight 980gr.
