Art Deco mirror 1936

Large Art Deco mirror in solid walnut, dated 1936. Completely stripped and then waxed to reveal the warmth and natural tones of the wood. The bevelled glass retains some delicate traces of time (pitting and "white" marks near the frame in certain areas) that highlight its authenticity and age. They do not hinder visibility or reflection. *Presence of fibrous white streaks and some oxidation marks along the bevel (especially on the inner sides). This is a classic silvering issue of the reflective coating, a common phenomenon on antique mirrors or those exposed to humidity. It does not affect the central reflection of the mirror but is visible on the bevelled edges.
