Antique Legras vase – Purple enamelled glass with gold – Art Nouveau

Superb antique vase by François-Théodore Legras, Art Nouveau. Elegant deep purple glass vase with aubergine and violet hues, featuring a slender silhouette, slightly bulging at the top and tapering towards the base. Magnificent floral decoration in enamel enhanced with gilding, depicting a large blossoming flower accompanied by finely drawn foliage and sinuous stems. The neck is highlighted by a beautiful golden frieze with pointed and scalloped patterns. Condition: Good overall condition, with some signs of use and age.
