Inspired early on by Salvador Dalí, whom he met while working at the Hôtel Meurice in Paris, ROLL then embraced color under the influence of the painter Hobi and his artistic circle. He paints landscapes and flowers of Provence and exhibits regularly in the Drôme, Ardèche, Gard, and Hérault regions.
