Vintage Tensor desk lamp in black metal and brass

Hello, here is an articulated desk lamp produced by the tensor corporation (united states), in the 60s. Tensor lamps are high intensity and low voltage desk lamps, an ingenious design that we owe to jay monroe, operating using a 12 volt automobile bulb that is easily found in stores. Their production ceased around 1980. This example in black painted metal decorated with gilding with its articulated brass arm is very elegant and rarely encountered. Very compact when it must be transported, it is in a beautiful state of conservation, with some paint losses visible in the photographs but no accidents. It works perfectly, offering two different light intensities, thanks to its power button.
