Pao T1 black table lamp, postmodern Italian model by Matteo Thun for Arteluce, 1990s.

The small T1 table lamp from the Pao lighting series by Matteo Thun. This is a rare version with a glossy black lacquered stem. The Pao lamps are distinguished by their characteristic diffuser and frosted glass base. The combination of glass and wood gives these lamps an elegant appearance. In this rarer version, the wooden stem is black instead of dark cherry. The Pao lamps are no longer in production and are quite rare. The lamp is in very good condition with signs of use and patina.
