Rare ceramic head, originally made as a headphone stand, hat between 1981 and 1987 by the renowned ceramic manufacturer Scheurich in West Germany. These heads were hand-painted in male and female versions. Can be used simply as a decorative item, standing on its own, in the Art Deco style. No breakage or cracks. H 32cm. Head circumference 55cm. W 16cm.
