George Nelson desk for Herman Miller – circa 1970

Desk with a sleek design, attributed to George Nelson for Herman Miller, emblematic of 20th-century American design. It is distinguished by its rectangular white melamine top and its chrome metal base with an elegant and sculptural line. A minimalist silhouette that fits well in both a vintage interior and a contemporary workspace. However, the desk does have some flaws to consider: the top needs restoration, with several damaged corners, and the drawer located under the top is missing. The chrome base, on the other hand, remains in generally good condition. An interesting piece for enthusiasts of American design, to restore or personalise according to their desires. Its price reflects its condition. Condition Used condition. Top needs restoration, with damaged corners. Missing drawer under the top. Chrome base in generally good condition. See photos.
