White Snowball pendant lamp by Poul Henningsen for Poulsen, Denmark

The PH Snowball pendant lamp was designed in 1958 by Poul Henningsen and manufactured by Louis Poulsen Denmark. It provides a pleasant, glare-free and diffuse light. It features a chrome-plated frame with spun aluminium shades, the undersides of which are matt lacquered and the upper sides glossy. The dynamic design of the lamp creates appealing reflections and ensures even light distribution within the lamp. Poul Henningsen designed his iconic pendant lamp 'PH Snowball' in 1958, which was exhibited together with the famous 'PH 5' pendant lamp at the Danish Museum of Decorative Art.
