German suspension Space Age in textured aluminium and plastic – 1970s

Spectacular German pendant light from the 1970s, representative of the Space Age design of that period. Its structure combines a brushed aluminium cylindrical body with a crown of fine translucent plastic blades that are moulded and textured. Their radial arrangement forms a broad and graphic silhouette, evoking a flower, a turbine, and a luminous celestial body. The pendant retains its adjustable cable as well as its original cylindrical ceiling rose. The visible German electrical markings indicate a maximum power of 100 W. It is in very good condition. All the blades are present and show no breaks, missing parts, or cracks. Only a few traces of white paint are visible on the upper part of the cable. Dimensions: H27 x Ø40 cm Height measured to the top of the brushed aluminium body, excluding the cable and ceiling rose. Weight: 1.5 kg
