Antique wooden coat rack with mirror

An antique coat rack from the early 20th century, featuring a large bevelled central mirror and original gilded metal hooks. Made from warm-grained wood — likely oak or stained beech — it stands out with practical details including a small console for loose change with a drawer, a bar for canes or umbrellas, and a catch-all tray at the bottom. Its elegant vertical lines and compact wall-mounted format make it a statement piece to stylishly enhance an entrance or hallway. Condition: The furniture is sound, stable, and fully functional (the small drawer slides easily and the hooks are sturdy). The wood shows a beautiful, even patina of use, marked by very light superficial micro-scratches and a few discreet scuffs consistent with its age (visible in photos). The mirror retains its original backing with an authentic charm that does not detract from the everyday use of this functional piece.
