Noël Dumolard is a French painter, engraver, lithographer, and illustrator born in 1925. He was also a fresco artist and interior decorator. Under the pseudonym Léon Godinnet (an anagram of his mother's maiden name, née Digonnet), he painted views of Paris during the Belle Époque.
