Pastel Painting "Quai de Seine?" Paris signed + frame

Painting made with pastel on paper probably representing a view of the banks of the seine in paris. The work is very well made and signed and undoubtedly dated (unfortunately indecipherable). Very beautiful workmanship and state of conservation, (the frame is offered with, marie louise included but without glass). Dimensions of the view: 13.5 / 19 cm, with frame: 28 / 36 cm
