Large glass plate - Signed - P. D'Avesn - Excellent condition

We are selling a beautiful opalescent blue glass dish signed P. D'Avesn (1901-1990) in the decoration. This large Art Deco dish dates from the 1930s. It was designed by P. D'Avesn, who collaborated with the greatest houses including Lalique (in the 1920s) and Daum (as Artistic Director in the 1930s). This very beautiful dish features a stylised bird in the centre with wings fully spread among vegetal arabesques dotted with small flowers. Of very fine quality. In excellent condition.
