This Cleopatra bed was designed by Dick Cordemeijer for Auping in Holland, 1954. The frame was made from very dark grey coated metal with solid teak wooden tops. The new mattress (pantera sg hard 52: 150) has a new chenille fabric (Robert Allen big Caterpillar Chalkboard) and a matching new neck pillow. It remains in a good vintage condition with minor traces of use.
