Beautiful wall tapestry from the Artis Flora workshop, inspired by a 16th-century work preserved at the Musée de Cluny in Paris. This scene of the Grape Harvest represents the various stages of grape picking and pressing. The characters, the vats, the press, and the abundant plant decor create a rich detail ensemble, in the spirit of great medieval and Renaissance tapestries. The reverse is lined with a protective fabric and retains its precious original Artis Flora label, mentioning the subject The Grape Harvest, the reference to the Musée de Cluny, as well as a handwritten numbering 11/32. The tapestry is equipped with metal hanging hooks on its upper part. Dimensions: Height: 98 cm. Width: 92 cm. Condition: Generally good condition. Some slight ripples and storage marks visible in the photographs, without affecting the decorative quality of the whole.
