Art deco wooden bedside table

This very beautiful bedside table, with straight lines which contrast with the scrolls of its legs, immediately evokes the very art deco style. It probably dates from the 1940s. It is made of light solid wood, with beautiful raised grooves and pretty silver metal (aluminum perhaps) handles in the shape of a sphere. It is in good general condition, still very solid, the drawer and the door are functional but it does not hide its age and the patina that goes with it: it has various stains and marks: on the top, a small dent on the edge front of the tray, two black marks clearly visible on the tray, scratches not too visible. On the body of the furniture, small stains, numerous but which are sufficiently integrated into the wood so that they are not obvious. And other traces, which seem to me to be traces of water, particularly on the plateau, more or less visible depending on the light. It also has a few beetle holes, which I treated by injecting white vinegar (this is my natural method to replace chemical insecticide). A "skid" was added under one foot, probably to prevent swinging, I left it in place. It measures 67 cm high, 43 cm wide, 36 cm deep. It is relatively heavy, probably around 10 kg.
