Art Deco bedside tables

Pair of Art Deco bedside tables (1930-1940) mismatched but carefully renovated. Marble tops in burgundy/grey/white colours. One was cracked in three places but has been repaired with tinted epoxy resin. Then sanded and nourished with olive oil and lemon. Oak wood. Stripped, sanded (grits 60 and 150) and treated against wood-boring insects and fungi. They have received a finish of linseed oil and turpentine. The niche has been painted in a light mineral grey after a clear anti-tannin undercoat. The drawers have been lined with tropical wallpaper in the same tones, and the back is painted in light grey. The handles have been cleaned and restored for a pair in silver/brass colour.
