Pair of orange glass tulips with black trim, vintage 70s.

These magnificent tulips belonged to my great-grandmother. They have precious traversed the ages within our family. Bright orange opaque glass tulips, highlighted by an elegant black trim on the draped waves, from the 1960s/70s. Very good overall vintage condition. The glass has retained all its shine and vibrant colour. In the interest of complete transparency: one of the two tulips has a slight surface mark (visible in the photos). There is also a small discreet chip at the back of the base, but this is completely invisible once the tulip is placed and secured in its holder. Outer diameter of the fixing collar: 55 mm. Inner diameter of the hole in the collar where the bulb fits: approximately 42 mm.
