Original Louis Pastour oil painting France

This is an original and possibly unknown oil painting by french artist louis pastour. He was mostly active and lived in cannes, southern france, and is famous for capturing the lovely colors of the provence. Pastour lived from 1876-1948. The coastal scene has been painted on cardboard, and includes the original frame, which might need some minor restoration. Still, the overall appeal of the artwork is beautiful and serene. I have visited the provence, and immediately recognized the mediterranean coast, as the natural colors of provence can only be seen there. The painting on its own measures 46.5cm wide by 37.6cm in height. With the frame, the total size is 61cm X 53cm. Thank you.
