Rare Art Deco Scandinavian sugar bowl in pewter / Muffineer. Designed by Ib Just Andersen (Denmark) in collaboration with GAB (Sweden). Year: 1931 (Stamped) Model: M176. Origin: Copenhagen, Denmark. Specifications: Height: 18 cm | Base diameter: 6 cm | Weight: 348 grams. Description: A beautiful and substantial piece of early 1930s Danish modernism. This large sugar bowl features a smooth droplet-shaped body resting on a flared base, topped with a finely detailed openwork screw lid, decorated with classic Art Deco palmette motifs. The base is fully stamped with the rare GAB/JUST collaboration marks from 1931, the iconic mermaid/angel logo of Just Andersen, and the model number M176. Condition: Excellent vintage condition with a beautiful authentic patina. The internal threading is perfectly intact and smooth. No major dents or deep scratches. A true museum-quality collectible piece.
