Vintage silver-plated sugar shaker with perforated design.

This delicate sugar shaker is made of silver-plated metal. Shaped like a baluster, this piece of silverware dates from the 20th century. Adorned with a frieze of fluting, it is an elegant vintage sugar bowl. The lid is perforated. The sugar bowl was an essential item for the dining table: powdered sugar was showcased beautifully. This shaker measures 15 cm in height. I did not find a readable hallmark. In generally good condition, I note small dents, signs of use, and traces of oxidation.
