Antique neoclassical column lamp - gilded and black brass - paper lampshade

Superb antique table lamp with a gilded and black painted brass base, forming an elegant column with a timeless style. The lampshade, in ivory paper decorated with golden embroidered edging, gives the whole a classic and refined look. The base is in very good condition, showing only slight traces of time, without structural defects. The lampshade, for its part, is marked in places; it could advantageously be replaced to enhance the whole, but this freedom is left to the good taste of the purchaser.
