Pair of handcrafted candle holders Sun & Moon vintage mid-century silver-plated tin

A pair of magnificent large candlesticks with celestial, anthropomorphic, solar, and lunar decorations, made of repoussé or cast metal. One is adorned with a radiant Sun with a smiling face, while the other features a smiling crescent Moon. Vintage mid-century production from the 50s to 70s, European, made of solid tin with a 95% mark under the base. Clearly handcrafted work of very high quality, rare items. Thick tin but with fine details. "Witchy" vibes, suitable for a witch's cabinet or astrology. Maximum height 29.5 cm, foot diameter approximately 9 cm, Moon width 6 cm, Sun width 9 cm. Candle opening diameter 2.3 cm. Very good overall condition, slight even patina, rare small age-related spots and discreet marks, a few subtle scratches. Approximately 550g-600g per piece.
