Vintage Opala table lamp Hans J. Wegner Louis Poulsen Design

Timeless First edition Opala table lamp, designed by Hans Wegner in the 1970s for Louis Poulsen Denmark. The lamp is marked with the original label in the shade. Originally designed for Hotel Scandinavia in Copenhagen, Louis Poulsen later produced the lamp along with the floor lamp and pendant lamp. The lamp has a dark gray/brown (taupe) metal base and stem and an opal acrylic shade with a taupe aluminum top. The lamp is in very good original condition, with only minimal signs of wear.
