Vintage French display cabinet / Shop display cabinet

This vintage French display cabinet was originally used in a shop or commercial setting. The cabinet features a cream-painted wooden structure, glass doors and sides, as well as a back panel upholstered in deep red fabric. The two glass doors are equipped with a two-point locking mechanism. Inside, three adjustable glass shelves allow for the exhibition space to be tailored to the size of the items. The cabinet rests on four tapered and fluted legs and showcases simple decorative mouldings at the top and bottom. The cream-painted finish has taken on a slightly aged appearance, with subtle variations in colour and signs of previous use. The red fabric lining provides a contrast for displaying glassware, ceramics, collectibles, or decorative items. With a relatively shallow depth of 34 cm, the cabinet is also suitable for small spaces.
