Set of postmodern Italian leopard lounge chairs – 1980

Striking pair of postmodern Italian lounge chairs from the 1980s. These sculptural chairs feature a fibreglass shell with a heavy metal base. The seats and backs are covered in bold leopard print fabric, contrasted by a high-gloss red lacquered exterior, typical of expressive Italian design from the late 1970s and 1980s. The organic and fluid shape gives the chairs a strong architectural presence. More than just seats, these chairs function as design objects — perfect for collectors, eclectic interiors, galleries, or boutique spaces.
