Tableau xix marine hst signed moreno, sailing boats fishermen, frame painting oil canvas

Beautiful marine oil on canvas late nineteenth signed lower left moreno in red paint. Format 24 X 32cm (canvas), in gilded wooden frame 33 X 41 X 4cm. Packed weight 2kg. Small shards of gilded repainted wood at the left edge of the frame. Toile has undergone 4 small restorations on the back (clogging holes and small paint chips?) wall attachment system on the back. We see a group of sailing fishing boats some with blue banner, and a boat with 2 fishermen including a rowing in the foreground, scene taken at sunrise or dusk (low sun) French or spanish painter moreno not identified, place not located.
