Vintage African bronze mask from Bamoun, Cameroon

Beautiful African bronze mask, Bamoun, Cameroon. Ethnic art. Traditional lost wax casting technique. Decorative use, wall-mounted or to place on a base, vintage production from the 60s-80s. Depicts a smiling bearded man with bulging eyes, a crowned king with a face and two lizards among other stylized motifs. Domed shape, hollow mouth and nostrils. Beautiful detail work, well-finished model. Bronze, brown and gold tones, with some bluish and white oxidation. Good condition, patina of time and natural oxidation quite present, beautiful antique appearance.
