Very beautiful piece of handmade ceramic from Vallauris, created and signed by the potter Jean-François Daniel. This object has a very original and organic design: it is a large container (soup tureen, vegetable dish or large sauceboat) with an elegant wide spout and three perfectly distributed scroll handles around the body. The glaze work is magnificent, with warm shades of brown, beige, and typical speckled effects of 1970s art pottery. Dimensions: Height: 13 cm. Maximum width (excluding handles): 26 cm. Condition: Impeccable. No chips, cracks, or frits. The glaze has retained all its original shine. The artist's signature "J.F. Daniel Vallauris" is clearly inscribed under the base. Ideal for enhancing a characterful table, for culinary use (soups, sauces, hot dishes) or as a superb vintage/brutalist decorative object on a sideboard.
