Art Deco Display Cabinet / Drinks Cabinet, Glazed Vitrine

Vintage Art Deco walnut cabinet with glazed doors and cabriole legs. Originally made as a china or glassware display cabinet, it now works equally well as a gin cabinet, drinks cabinet, home bar or cocktail cabinet - with glass shelves suited to bottles and glasses. The cabinet has a shaped serpentine front and curved sides, with slender glazing bars forming a distinctive arched Art Deco pattern. Inside are two glass shelves with ‘undulating’ front edges. The back is lined with patterned wallpaper. The wallpaper shows its age, with some mild discolouration and staining. Material. Walnut veneer. Glass. Wallpaper. Condition: Good vintage condition with signs of age and use, consistent with a piece of this age. The walnut veneer through out some light surface wear and minor marks. The patterned wallpaper lining shows age, with some discolouration and staining. The interior base has a gold-toned finish with light wear. Legs and feet show minor surface scuffs and wear to the finish, in keeping with age. Legs and joints are firm and the cabinet is stable. More pieces.
