Pair of antique Japanese Satsuma vases

Magnificent pair of antique Japanese Satsuma vases of medium size, of very good quality, probably from the beginning of the 20th century. The vases have been very nicely worked with pronounced colors, hand-painted, both representing a battle scene on one side and flowers on the other, but with different designs on the two vases. The vases present many irregularities, testifying to a manual production. These vases can be in perfect harmony in different interiors by bringing a touch of authenticity of the past. Good general condition, some traces of wear and small chips on the bases of the vases, and small lack of paint, the gilding on the handles is slightly removed, see photos. Dimensions. H 37 cm.
