Louis XIII style work table in walnut – Late 19th century

Elegant work table in Louis XIII style made of walnut, created at the end of the 19th century. It rests on a turned base connected by an H-shaped stretcher. Its opening top reveals a compartmentalised interior designed to hold sewing accessories, jewellery, or small precious items. The lid is fitted with an antique mirror, allowing it to also be used as a small occasional dressing table. The piece is in good overall condition with a beautiful patina. It shows some signs of use and normal wear related to its age.
