Exceptional set of three EROS chairs designed by Philippe Starck for Kartell, Italy, dating from the late 1990s. The EROS is one of Starck's distinctive explorations in transparent plastic furniture, characterised by its organic egg-shaped shell and lightweight chrome structure. The transparent polycarbonate shells are supported by four-legged chrome steel frames, creating a sculptural combination of transparency and polished metal. The chairs retain their original vintage character and are presented in good original condition. Minor scratches are present on the transparent plastic shells, consistent with prior use and age.
