Stickman The Saint Simon Templar sculpture

Here is a curiosity from my personal collection: a large twisted wrought iron sculpture dating from the 60s-70s representing the Stickman from the series The Saint - Simon Templar created in the 1960s with Roger Moore in the role of Simon Templar. It measures approximately 53 cm in height. I was given this object in the 80s but it had been repainted in glossy black, it was not pretty and I had put it away... When I saw it again I said to myself that it was necessary to give it a second life and I removed the paint, which gives it today a very current "patinated metal" appearance... I also realized by doing some research that this object is unique and must have been manufactured by a craftsman of the time. I have not found any others: the rare statues of this kind are made of round and smooth metal rods and are less pretty. The advantage of twisted metal is that even in low light, it is still very visible given the reflections in the twists (which is not the case with smooth metal which becomes invisible!): see the images. The object weighs 1.100 kg. Maximum wingspan 21 cm -- base diameter 14 cm.
