Flower pots by Anita Nylund for Jie

A pair of very nice hand-painted vintage porcelain flowerpots made by Anita Nylund for JIE Keramik, Sweden. These pots feature fantastic colours depicting a traditional Swedish midsummer dance, with men and women dancing and playing music in various scenes around the pots. They are sold as a pair. The pots are 13.5 cm high and 15 cm in diameter at the top, signed. Note there are some water marks on the inside, some signs of wear consistent with age, and one has a thin line in the porcelain on the inside, but overall they are in very good condition. They can be used for both indoor plants or in the garden, but need to be protected from frost and sub-zero temperatures.
