Pair of traditional "horseshoe" armchairs from shanxi province (northern china). Original brown lac lac laca on elm structure. Very good condition. Late 19th century. Small old defect of the wood on a seat under the lacque. The height of the seat is 50 cm, but the total height at the backrest is 95 cm.
