Square oak side table, model "Casino", designed by Sven Engström and Gunnar Myrstrand and produced in Sweden by Tingströms in the 1960s. Original manufacturer's mark present. Produced in Sweden by Tingströms in the 1960s, the "Casino" side table belongs to the series of the same name designed by Sven Engström and Gunnar Myrstrand and developed across different types of furniture. Crafted in oak, it features a square top with gently rounded edges, supported by four straight, rectangular-section legs. Between the top and the apron connecting the legs is a slightly recessed element, creating a subtle change in depth that adds definition to the otherwise linear profile. In the lower section, two stretchers connect the legs, while a third, central and perpendicular stretcher joins them together. The open construction leaves the structure and the light grain of the oak clearly visible. The original mark beneath the top bears the names Tingströms, Bra Bohag, Modell "Casino" and Engström Myrstrand, directly documenting its production and association with the series. Good condition.
