Botanical poster, P-J Redouté, brass frame

Botanical poster, Indian Rose by P-J Redouté, renowned for his watercolors of flowers and roses, and collaborator of the greatest botanists (1759-1840). This is a vintage print (1950s/1960s) mounted under glass and framed. The frame is made of gold-colored brass. Some slight marks on the poster and frame (details in photo). Certification on the back with serial number and reference. Made in Britain. The combination of the poster and the refined frame adds a touch of charm and elegance. Dimensions: 30.5/23.7cm.
