Bernard buffat - decorative plate in enameled ceramic - unique piece

Bernard BUFFAT – "Unique Piece" – Period of La Grange aux Potiers. Charming decorative plate in glazed ceramic, 1970s. Some pieces cannot be described; they must be looked at. This delightful plate by Bernard BUFFAT, created during the time of La Grange aux Potiers, showcases a stylized floral bouquet with almost Byzantine accents, outlined with a smoky line and enhanced with ochres, honey, lemon yellow, and moss green. The matte glazes, as if set in the material, provide a tactile relief and depth that only a master’s hand can achieve. The back, patinated with green and copper reflections, bears the workshop's monogram and the mention "Unique Piece": the guarantee of a one-of-a-kind item that will never exist twice. To be hung majestically on a white wall, placed on an oak sideboard, or arranged on a collector's nightstand, it brings warmth and a signature that the most discerning interiors covet.
